Compassionate Guidance, support, and inspiration to overcome life's challenges.

First of all my love & respect to our motherland NEPAL. Mental health challenges don’t always look like a crisis. Sometimes, they look like silence — carrying pain no one sees. For years, I lived in that silence, surviving emotional abuse behind closed doors, wearing a smile in public, and battling shame in private. I didn’t have the words, I didn’t have the space, and for a long time, I didn’t think healing was meant for people like me.
But somewhere along the way, I found help — people who listened, not to fix me, but to walk beside me. Slowly, I began to heal. That journey lit a fire in me to ensure no one else feels as alone as I once did.
Today, with the soft launch of Root of Resilience Ltd with my beautiful friend Siru, we take that healing and turn it into a movement. Healing is not a destination — it is a community effort.
1. Mental wellness: Culturally grounded education, workshops, and outreach that reflect our identities, languages, and stories.
2. Survivor empowerment: Survivors are powerful; their stories light the way for others.
3. Stigma reduction: Creating compassionate spaces where asking for help is brave.
4. Prevention & awareness: Addressing root causes to stop harm before it starts.
5. Community leadership: Nurturing leaders who create long-term, systemic change.
This work is a promise — to hold space for pain, honour survival, and build something powerful together. Our first mission is to listen. We are conducting surveys to understand our communities better. Your experiences will guide our workshops and initiatives.
If you haven't filled the survey yet, please do. It is available in both Nepali and English.
